July what a time to be alive. You can’t say I didn’t pick an interesting time to move out to America.

So the good news. Physio is going well! Very well in fact. I have full finger recovery with only minor relapses, doing exercises almost daily to help keep this from coming back and it happening all over again. But! what does that mean for the rest of the year? Well I’m still in a precarious situation as I don’t want to push my luck. But at the same time more so I’m wanting to dedicate even more of myself to simply locking myself away and creating.

I have an itch to scratch and trying to find a balance with me again so who knows what August will bring but I’m sure I’ll do an update when I figure out what that looks like. Until then what I will say is … Stand up and sit up straight it might just save you.

Can you? I think you can. I think you can be changed by your money and easily forget where you came from and I’m not talking about simply losing touch with your roots or forgetting the struggle but you can lose a moral edge and find yourself staring at someone you would never have wished to be!

This was a very fun one. Catching up with Bob Cronin. People say I have a distinct voice but Bob made a living from his. A very smooth and easy listening sound we caught up to talk music, mash up and everything in between and I suggest you check it out!

Die and obey…Again?

Ok so yes, i’ve been injured and yes I probably shouldn’t have but it lined up so well conceptually. I needed to do an American variant. I made the initial version for the UK but if you didn’t know the US supreme court is currently changing what the rules are on everything! Including…Giving Presidents full immunity! Making it so you never need to vote again because they will give one party ultimate power! And Repealing any checks and balances on basically anything!

Sound familiar? Yep it’s basically the blue print for a dictatorship or full monarch! It’s a scary time for US citizens and for Non residents like me so what could I do but remind them to Die and Obey with me.

Two years!

It’s now officially been two years since I moved to the USA. No I don’t regret it and yes I am still finding the balance. This is for many reasons but In many way It’s a measure of a lot of what I saw as life was on hold during the pandemic as I knew I was moving! Either way It’s a bit of landmark so I thought I should recognise it.

So this month is a little light. Which is expected but in doing so it’s probably been good for me. Given me time to have thinking and given me time to make some level of plan for the rest of the year!
